These terms apply to all bookings made through RL Car Rental & Transient, whether for vehicle rental, room stay, or both together. Please review before confirming your appointment.

Booking Eligibility

Guests and renters must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in or vehicle pick-up. For car rentals, a valid driver's license is also required.

Reservation & Down Payment

A booking is confirmed only once the required down payment is received. The remaining balance is settled upon vehicle pick-up or room check-in. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for both vehicle rentals and room stays. It is released within 3–5 business days after a satisfactory inspection of the vehicle or room.

Check-In, Pick-Up & Fuel Policy

Rooms are ready by the scheduled check-in time; vehicles are released with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Early check-in or extended use is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date receive a full refund of the down payment. Cancellations made later are subject to a forfeiture fee.

Damage & Liability

Guests and renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or violation incurred during their stay or rental period. Optional vehicle insurance coverage is available upon request.
